For more than five decades, ceramicist Martin Bodilsen Kaldahl has created works with a strong physical presence and restless energy. His upcoming exhibition Cuts, Stripes and Knots at the CLAY Museum of Ceramic Art Denmark will be the largest retrospective of his life's work to date. Works from different periods and times meet, illuminating one other, highlighting connections, and emphasizing the leaps that have occurred over time.
Martin Bodilsen Kaldahl is one of the major artists of the Danish ceramics scene. His works have earned him an international reputation.
The exhibition runs September 8, 2024 – March 2, 2025.
